Q2What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For ready stock, there is NO MOQ, normally 12 pcs/inner box per color per style. For standard OEM orders, the MOQ is 1200 pcs per model, with a maximum of 4 colors.
Q3Can I buy a 1pcs sample or place a trial order for our first collaboration?
Of course, we support sample orders and small trial orders. Please feel free to contact us.
Q4Is there an extra cost for custom logo printing?
There is no extra cost for logo printing when ordering the MOQ of 50 pcs per style.
Q5What is the lead time for orders?
For ready stock, items will be dispatched immediately and delivered within 1-2 weeks after payment. For normal OEM orders, production begins following a 30% deposit, and goods will be shipped upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment. Delivery typically takes 45-60 days after deposit receipt.
Q6Are prices negotiable?
Yes, price negotiation is available for orders exceeding 600 pcs. Larger volume orders are eligible for higher discounts.
